Team Member-Transaction screening-HO & SUPPORT-Business Process Management Group

As a Team Member-Transaction Screening, you will be an integral part of our HO & SUPPORT-Business Process Management Group. Your primary responsibility will be to review and analyze financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role plays a vital role in maintaining the bank's integrity and reputation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of financial transactions, identifying potential risks and suspicious activities.
  • Utilize transaction screening tools and techniques to detect and prevent money laundering and fraud.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and operations, to investigate and resolve transaction-related issues.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices to enhance transaction screening processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of transaction screening activities, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, on transaction screening outcomes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing transaction screening policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews of transaction screening processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure effectiveness.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on transaction screening processes and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transaction screening, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using transaction screening software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
