Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's reputation and the client's strategic direction through your deep technical knowledge and effective communication skills. Your role will also include shaping emerging ideas and contributing to the overall success of delivery engagements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience with data visualization tools to present findings effectively. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
