Technical Integration Manager| Mumbai

1. To lead the design and development of mission-critical applications and integrations. 
2. Will work closely with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance banking solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
   

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product and business teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
2. Ensure data integrity, security, auditability, and performance of all core banking components.
3. Support and mentor junior engineer.
4. Daily Tracking / Monitoring & taking Approprote action.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Build scalable APIs and services to support real-time and batch processing for banking transactions.
2. Lead integrations with external systems like switches, RTGS/NEFT/IMPS gateways, credit bureaus, KYC platforms, and other fintech partners.
3. Troubleshoot production issues and support incident resolution with root cause analysis.
4. Testing of APIs in UAT.
5. Release Management, Change Management & Deployment.

B.Tech Or Bachelors Degree

Min Exp: 8 years

Max Exp: 10 years

Relevent Experence in end to end Project Management for min of 2-3 Years.
