Role-HRIT (Successfactor )

Job location-Bangalore, Mumbai & Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a system administrator and functional SME for SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, LMS, includes all module.)
  • Configure, maintain, and support various HR systems including Leena AI, RippleHire, and other integrated tools
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify technology needs and recommend scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors or SAP support as needed
  • Manage change requests, testing, and deployment of enhancements or releases
  • Support system integrations and data exchange between core HR systems and downstream applications
  • Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, system configuration, and process maps
  • Work with external vendors and consultants for solution implementation or support
  • Ensure HR systems compliance with audit and security standards


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in HRIT / HR Systems roles
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (must-have all modules)
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Leena AI, RippleHire, or similar platforms (good to have)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data workflows
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security practices in HR system.
