Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver solutions in SAP FICO. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess technology trends, and provide insights that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Your role will also require you to mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance the overall technical expertise of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing architecture and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- CA/ICWA/MBA Finance
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications.
- Ability to design and implement scalable architecture solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in SAP environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
