Summary:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proven ability to analyze bottlenecks, optimize throughput, and design planning processes that balance cost, service levels, and operational feasibility.
- Ability to translate complex plant realities into structured planning rules, scenarios, and data models for digital planning transformation programs.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Extensive functional experience in end-to-end steel supply chain planning across steelmaking, rolling mills, and dispatch operations.
- Strong understanding of production sequencing, capacity constraints, campaign planning, heat/batch lineups, and scheduling dependencies within integrated steel plants.
- Experience working closely with plant operations, logistics, procurement, and quality teams to define to-be planning workflows, KPIs, and governance structures.
- Exposure to supply chain planning tools like Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, GEP etc is preferred
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Supply Chain Supply Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to assess supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with demand forecasting and inventory management techniques.
- Ability to utilize supply chain management software and tools effectively.
- Familiarity with logistics and distribution strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Supply Planning.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
