Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials Project Costing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in managing and optimizing project costing processes within cloud-based financial systems.
- Ability to design and implement solutions that enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial modules in cloud environments.
