Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to potential clients/customers and promoting our products and services.
Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Generating sales leads and setting up appointments for sales representatives.
Maintaining a detailed record of all interactions and updating the customer database.
Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in [insert language(s)].
Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and achieve common goals.
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
