Job Description
To make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting and selling products or services.
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to a list of potential customers or leads provided by the company.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present and promote products or services to customers over the phone.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver an effective sales pitch to engage customers and generate interest in the offerings.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and gather relevant information for follow-up or sales conversion.
- Sales Closing: Attempt to close sales by overcoming objections and persuading customers to make a purchase.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge about the products or services being offered to effectively address customer queries.
