Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in driving the company’s business goals by promoting products/services, handling customer queries, and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote products/services.
  • Follow up on leads and generate sales by converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
  1. Inbound Calls:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner.
  1. Customer Interaction:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  1. Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and customer information.
  • Use CRM software to log call details and track progress.
  1. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the company’s products/services, features, and pricing.
  • Provide customers with relevant product information and offer solutions that meet their needs.
