Job Description for Loan Tele Sales Executive:

Position: Loan Tele Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Loan Tele Sales Executive to join our team. As a Loan Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various loan products over the phone to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Contact potential customers via phone to present loan products and services.

2. Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various loan products to customers.

3. Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have about the loan products.

4. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

5. Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer information.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer retention.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.

8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' products.

9. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer needs and market trends.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the financial services industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

5. Knowledge of loan products and financial services.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

8. High school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
