Responsibilities:

Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our product
Identify the reasons for non-purchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversions
Chase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customers
Work closely with other sales team members for sales closures
Co-ordinate smooth post-sales handover & transition
Role Requirement:

6 months of experience in the field of Sales working with customers directly or on call.
Excellent Communication skills in English OR Hindi.
Ability to extract and maintain sales reports on Excel.
