Telesales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Should be a quick learner about product knowledge and understanding about niche industry.

• Perform the Correct Tasks as per Prescribed Standards.

• Candidate Should Be Capable to Achieve Set Goals/Targets for Self and Manage the Team Assigned to Work with Subordinates' Set Goals/Targets. 

• Data Mining, Taking Appointment and Meeting the Customer Providing Demonstration of the Niche Products updating the Sales Funnel and Achieving Sales Targets Reporting to Immediate Reporting Manager Following with Customer and Closing the Leads Generating Revenue Working on Different Verticals.

• Sales coordination with the management & team

• Inbound & outbound marketing

• Lead Generation (Data mining, references, callings, sourcing, India Mart)

• Order Conversion and closing through (Prospecting Calls, Cold Calls, Warm Calls, Follow-up Calls)

• Discussing with customers and understand the scope of the work or the requirements 

• Basic MS OFFICE including MS Word, Excel etc.

• Good communication skills include email etiquettes, convincing and negotiation skills.
