Telesales Executive

Myco Industries, a leading Manufacturer and Exporter of Electrical Products specializing in Earthing/Grounding Accessories, Cable Support Accessories, and Cable Management Accessories, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven TeleSales Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to contribute to our growth by expanding our presence in both overseas and local markets.

Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Prospecting:
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Proactively identify and reach out to new leads through various channels.
• Sales Outreach:
• Initiate outbound sales calls to generate interest and build relationships with potential customers.
• Present and explain product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Order Generation:
• Drive the sales process from initial contact to order closure.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, close sales, and secure orders.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achievement of Sales Targets:
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in tele-sales or a similar role, preferably in the electrical products industry.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
5. Familiarity with electrical products and the manufacturing/export industry is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
