 Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the GM/BDM.
 Providing an excellent customer service to the customers.
 Answering to customers&#39; questions in regards to products and services.
 Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
 Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.
 Planning and preparing presentations

identification and classification
 Reaching out to new customers and making pitches over the telephone outlining
the benefits of product/ services.

 Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/
services as per their needs
 Maintaining relationship with all potential clients
 Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients
 Be aware of company policies
Required Education / Experience:
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 1+ years of work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telesales Representative,
or a related job position in the Sales department.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
 Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
 Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
 Ability to handle multiple tasks.
