Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Must have skills : Selenium, JavaScript, Cucumber (Software)
Good to have skills : NA
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Must have experience in Playwright, BDD, Cucumber, JavaScript, Java.
We are looking for Playwrite experienced resource not selenium
Mandatory to work from client office 3 days a week

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Playwright, BDD, Cucumber, JavaScript, Java.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex test results to drive improvements.

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality in software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in test automation.
- Continuously assess and improve testing strategies to align with industry best practices.



Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Playwrite.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
