Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Must have skills : Microsoft Azure PaaS
Good to have skills : ASP.NET MVC
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. Your role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and innovation in testing strategies, ensuring that the quality function is predictive, intelligent, and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration and leadership are key as you guide teams through this transformation, fostering an environment of excellence and precision in quality assurance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and implement innovative testing tools and techniques to optimize quality processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based platform services and deployment models.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and optimize test automation processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
