Key responsibilities:

Evaluate Salesforce Agentforce in comparison with AWS Agent Core and DBx Agent Bricks across a defined set of technical, functional, and business evaluation parameters. The role will focus on hands-on testing, benchmarking, and analysis of agent capabilities, with particular emphasis on autonomous workflows, orchestration, contextual reasoning, and enterprise use‑case readiness, inspired by real-world Agentforce implementations in regulated industries such as Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comparative evaluation framework to test Agentforce vs. AWS Agent Core and DBX Agent Bricks
• Test  Agentforce agents for targeted enterprise scenarios (e.g., customer engagement, workflow automation, decision support)
• Validate agent autonomy, orchestration, reasoning, and scalability across platforms
• Assess Agentforce capabilities including:

• • Multi‑agent coordination and orchestration
  • Use of structured and unstructured enterprise data
  • Context‐aware decision‑making
  • Skill‑based task execution and chaining

• Test prebuilt and custom Agentforce skills, workflows, and integrations
• Measure performance across agreed evaluation parameters, such as:

• • Accuracy and response quality
  • Latency and reliability
  • Observability and traceability
  • Governance, security, and compliance readiness
  • Ease of configuration and extensibility

• Document findings with clear insights, quantitative metrics, and recommendations
• Provide a final comparison report outlining strengths, gaps, risks, and suitability for enterprise adoption
