Training Manager-CREDIT CARD-Direct Channels
ØFacilitate classroom sessions for products, processes, onboarding programs, and capability building interventions as per requirement.ØDesign, update, and version-control training content- classroom and E - Learning (presentations, playbooks, facilitator guides, job aids, videos, assessments).ØEnsure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned to latest product/process changes (e.g., campaigns, policies, GST/Regulatory updates).ØEnsure updation of all digital platforms- Kompanion, KAIRA, KLAPP, Intranet with all Latest policies and productsØHandle employee training helpline calls via Skyserve within defined SLAsØTravel onsite for classroom rollouts, audits/observations, and stakeholder connects.ØPartner with business/product/process/compliance teams for content sign-offs and release notes.ØMaintain version logs, training SOPs, and compliance documentation.ØCollaborate with the internal stakeholders for a thorough Training Need Analysis (TNA) to design and curation of effective, technology-enabled learning solutions and contentØPrepare and manage monthly training , maintain dashboards comprehensive training documentation, and oversee all associated administrative processes. Job Requirements: ØMin 4-5 years of experience in Content/ Training with a good understanding ofbanking and sales.ØAdvanced Excel and Power point.ØExposure to content creation, MIS/ reporting, classroom delivery will be an added advantage.ØCertification in Instructional Design/ Microsoft Excel/ Training Facilitation Course.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for credit card sales and customer service teams across direct channels.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and design tailored training solutions.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
- Deliver training sessions and facilitate workshops to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align training strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit card sales and customer service.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies during training.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed training decisions.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with credit card products, sales processes, and customer service best practices.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
