About you and the role
As a Treasury Specialist your role is a principal role within Treasury Operations, combining responsibilities across Financial Operations, Planning, and Funding. You will perform a broad range of complex activities requiring advanced skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work autonomously within established procedures. Your role requires strong analytical capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and sound judgment in solving problems using experience and established precedents. Your work significantly impacts on the Treasury team and adjacent Finance functions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash operations, clearing, settlement activities, and provide daily liquidity and cash forecasting outlooks.
- Lead bank account lifecycle activities (opening, closing, oversight) and ensure completion of KYC and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate and execute dividend flows, intercompany financing arrangements, and involvement in facility line management.
- Support regional funding activities, including Bank Guarantees, working capital financing programs, quarterly reporting, and Treasury‑managed payments.
- Act as focal point for reporting activities and provide subject matter guidance while coordinating work of others.
- Support project activities by providing financial analysis and serving as workstream lead on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Drive development, documentation, and implementation of process training; propose improvements to processes and methods to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with internal groups to resolve inquiries and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualification
- University bachelor’s degree required in a Finance-related field.
- Master’s degree, CFA (or equivalent professional finance qualification), or currently studying toward such a qualification preferred.
- Preferred 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS), SAP, or similar financial systems, with interest in expanding technical skills.
Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams within a multinational, matrixed environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience working in structured or complex Treasury or Finance environments, with comfort following established processes.
- A curious, proactive mindset with a focus on learning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage routine tasks independently.
- Demonstrated motivation and professional ambition to build Treasury expertise and grow within the function.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using technical experience and established precedents.

- The role necessitates working according to European working hours however, the ability to accommodate flexible schedule aligned with international time Zone is essential.
