Reviews risk analyses from junior Brokers and develops and presents innovative solutions to address client needs and executes sales goals by maintaining a large book of business of complex or high-yield accounts by conducting frequent sales presentations, calls and meetings.

Demonstrates a broad knowledge of coverage lines, markets and other more specialized products and applies highly developed market and internal service offering insights to sales cold calls to serve and engage potential clients and generate interest.

Creates sales proposals, presentation and RFP responses and oversees the timely production of appropriate account/program documents and follow-up policy documentation.

Independently handles assignments, advising and managing transactions for clients and may also assist more senior-level Brokers or Sales leaders in serving larger or more complex clients.

Manages research efforts and analyses on relevant markets and industries to identify potential relationship needs, target new accounts and ultimately target areas of expansion for existing accounts and/or solution offerings.

Interfaces frequently with clients and responds independently to client queries and concerns and resolving issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction

Leads complex account processes from the identification stage to closing; leading pricing negotiations, facilitating product and expectation discussions and ultimately securing a beneficial financial outcome for the business.

Is a member of various professional and industry or regional organizations and attends conferences and relevant events and establishes and maintains strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients and colleagues.
