What would you do? The Senior Analyst drives advanced visual and motion design for digital learning solutions. You’ll design graphics, illustrations, or motion elements that enhance training experiences, while learning industry-standard tools and AI-powered workflows. They lead complex design projects, ensure quality standards, and mentor junior designers
What are we looking for? Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field. Experience: • 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design/Animations with, project ownership • Understanding of L&D industry is a plus • In depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) • Advanced Adobe Suite, Cinema4D/Blender, Figma • Knowledge of UX/UI, accessibility, and responsive design • Proficiency in AI design workflows, video generation, voice synthesis • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to influence and guide both clients and internal teams • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Innovation-driven mindset to lead design strategy • Learner mindset to foster continuous growth in the team
Roles and Responsibilities: Graphic Designer Role • Independently Develop high-quality graphics, icons, and layouts for training programs • Design interactive infographics, visual storytelling, and illustrations • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) • Apply Graphic Design Principles for creating visual assets • Apply AI-based design skills for faster asset generation • Apply UX principles to improve learner engagement • Mentor junior associates in design tools and workflows Motion Graphics Designer Role • Create high-end 2D/3D animations and interactive videos • Integrate AI-driven voiceover and avatar tools • Work with AR/VR content for immersive training • Oversee post-production quality (colour grading, sound)
