Job Description

·       Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner ·       Log & assign Calls on Service Desk basis the complaints received via Phone calls and/or Emails ·       Identify and diagnose issues, provide First-Level Support. Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide timely solutions to them ·       Advise users on appropriate course of action ·       Categorize, Monitor, record tickets & ensure SLA for response and resolution. ·       Prioritizing the calls depending on their impact and urgency and on basis of customer segmentation. ·       Route calls to other team members whenever needed, Follow-up on customer calls with external & internal stake holders. ·       Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support ·       Report on customer feedback ·       Complete call logs and reports ·       Manage & update customer databases ·       Provide information on the company’s products or services and Sending quotes ·       Process orders, forms, and Invoices ·       Manage various types of MIS on Service Desk Calls ·       Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability. ·       Evaluate customer service standards, Prepare reports and analyze data. Operational responsibilities ·       Inventory management in order to ensure timely closure of the customers complaints with spare stocks available in hand ·       Utilizing software, databases and tools appropriately. ·       Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position ·       Knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards, best practices for service management ·       Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Response & Resolution Time ·       Response Time to complaints– 1 Hrs. ·       Call Assignment – 2 hrs. ·       Resolution withing 2 working days. ·       Resolution withing 10 working days in case of part replacement.
