🧑‍💻 Position: Trainee RPA Developer

• Experience: 0–1 year
• Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai
• Date: Friday, 5 December 2025
• Time: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Venue: Rentokil PCI, Pest Control Pvt. Ltd., 3rd Floor, Narayani Building, Ambabai Temple Compound, Aarey Road, Near Bank of Maharashtra, Goregaon West, Mumbai – 400062

🔍 Role Overview

You will be reporting to the Solution Architect and working in a cross-functional environment. Based on performance, you may be promoted to RPA Developer after 1 year.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and manage Blue Prism bots and automated processes
• Develop RPA solutions using Blue Prism
• Track robot performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Manage incidents end-to-end within agreed SLAs
• Provide second-level support and assist country teams
• Prepare KPI reports and maintain automation documentation
• Conduct periodic automation reviews and recommend improvements
• Test bots, deployment plans, and create training materials when required

🎯 Key Result Areas

• Smooth RPA process monitoring and execution
• RPA maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization
• Efficient incident management and documentation
• User support and training
• Security, compliance, and change management
• Reporting, insights, and continuous process improvement

🧩 Required Competencies

• Basic software development experience; knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere preferred)
• Strong verbal & written communication
• Fast learner with strong OOP and SQL fundamentals
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Candidates with backlogs are not eligible

📌 Important Notes

• Strong English communication skills are mandatory
• Open to Graduate Freshers only
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred (especially Western Line)
• No virtual interviews – walk-in only
• Immediate joiners or ≤ 30-day notice preferred

Requirements

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

● Should be graduate or postgraduate in Computer Science or IT

● Pass Out candidates of 2024 & 2025 batch will be preferred

● Should have basic knowledge of RPA

● Certification in any RPA tool is an added advantage
