Electrical Technician

Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment in the steel plant.

Troubleshoot faults in motors, MCC panels, switchgear, transformers, VFDs, and control circuits.

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and cabling.

Carry out routine inspection of LT panels, feeders, earthing systems, and lighting.

Support electrical shutdown activities and emergency breakdown handling.

Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams.

Follow LOTO procedures, safety rules, and statutory electrical regulations.

Coordinate with electrical engineers, supervisors, and production teams.

Maintain daily logbooks, checklists, and maintenance records
