Assistant Manager - Custom & Logistics

• Develop and implement customs compliance strategies to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Lead and manage customs clearance processes for imports and exports, including tariff classification, valuation, and documentation.
• Optimize transportation routes and modes to reduce lead times and costs while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, production, and finance teams, to streamline end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in customs and logistics management.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in customs and logistics operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification in Customs Management or Logistics is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in customs management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of managing customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing activities in the thermal power generation industry.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
