Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

• Maintain wafer production equipment to ensure continuous operation and minimize downtime. Attend to equipment breakdown and manage maintenance related downtime within targets. Execute preventive & predictive maintenance plan.

Shift Operations Management:

• Manage shift operations to meet production targets and schedules for wafer manufacturing.

CAPA Implementation:

• Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as part of continuous improvement initiatives to address issues and enhance equipment reliability.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards during wafer production.

Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:

• Identify and resolve equipment issues promptly to maintain production efficiency.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on production activities and equipment maintenance.

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech/ Diploma – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
• Desired Qualification : BE/B.Tech

Work Experience (Range of years):

• Min 2 - 5 years of experience in Managing daily shift maintenance of machines, along with safety of the machines and team members.
