Assistant Manager - Module Quality

Line Audit with Customer or 3rd Party:

  • Conduct line audits in collaboration with customers or third-party auditors to verify adherence to quality standards and contractual requirements.

Ensure the Data of FTR (Flash Test Report) Shipment:

  • Oversee and ensure the accurate documentation and data management of Flash Test Reports (FTR) for shipments, ensuring all test results are properly recorded and reported.

Perform Pre-Shipment Inspection with Customer or 3rd Party:

  • Execute pre-shipment inspections in conjunction with customers or third parties to confirm that products meet quality standards and are ready for dispatch.

Closure of CAPA Related to PSI:

  • Address and resolve any Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) related to pre-shipment inspections, ensuring that all identified issues are effectively closed out and documented.

PSI Reports:

  • Prepare and manage pre-shipment inspection (PSI) reports, integrating findings with other quality control reports (IQC, FQC, OQC, IPQC) to provide a comprehensive overview of product quality and compliance.

Training and Development:

  • Provide training and development for team members on pre-shipment inspection procedures, quality standards, and best practices to enhance their effectiveness and ensure consistency.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Record pre-shipment inspection results, document any discrepancies, and compile PSI compliance reports.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Tech/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical).
  • Desired: BE/B.Tech

Work Experience (Range of years):

  • 0-5 years in pre-shipment inspection. Knowledgeable in PSI processes, including product validation and documentation for shipment.
