Assistant Manager - PPC

Develop and implement production  planning and control strategies to ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely operation/production delivery. 

Lead the development of comprehensive production  schedules, including resource allocation, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation plans. 

Establish project monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions as necessary. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate production plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. 

Provide regular updates to senior management on production performance, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 

Implement best practices in project planning and control, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle. 

Mentor and coach project teams on effective planning and control methodologies, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
