Assistant Manager - SAP

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer SAP ERP modules relevant to logistics such as MM, SD, WM, LE, FI/CO.
• Ensure SAP system availability, stability, and performance for CFS operations.
• Map end-to-end CFS processes including inbound/outbound cargo, gate operations, warehousing, and yard management.
• Identify gaps and automate CFS functions for efficiency improvements.
• Provide functional support and training to SAP end users.
• Lead SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in SAP functional roles, including 3–5 years in CFS/ICD/logistics.
• Expertise in SAP MM/SD/WM/LE/TM and experience with EDI/API integrations.
• Knowledge of EXIM processes and CFS operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
