Associate General Manager - O&M

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the entire spectrum of operational & maintenance activities of the Copper Tube plant.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational processes and maximize efficiency
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall business performance
• Monitor key operational metrics and implement corrective measures as needed
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Manage and optimize resource allocation to meet production targets and quality standards
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation in operations
• Build and nurture a high-performing operational team through effective leadership and mentorship
• Report directly to the executive leadership team and provide regular updates on operational performance

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 15-20 years of experience in operations management within the Copper industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and operational excellence
• Proven experience in implementing best practices to drive operational efficiency
