Associate Manager

Responsibilities

*  Support for physical security management & protection of project and raw material.
* Support for defining the  process & procedures for ground safety  & ensure 24x7 presence for monitoring of team.
*  Support to plan & Implement site security structure to ensure minimum loss.
*  Extended Support of the Security vision, and strategic objectives and drive seamless security operations at sites.
* Support for  strategic initiative projects in coordination with Site Heads and Site teams to bring to completion
* Provide inputs to create Concept of Operations (CONOPS) covering effective counter measures against credible unforeseen risks/ threats, and lead implementation

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other relevant field
*      Postgraduate degree in relevant field 
*      Preferable to have Certifications including Certified Protection Professional (CPP) / Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) / Physical Security Professional (PSP) / Industrial Security professional certifications

8-15 Yrs of experience in the Greenfieid security operation set up or Projects prefrred from Metal Industries
