Associate Manager- Chlor Alkali Ops

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Chlor Alkali unit
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Optimize production processes to achieve the highest quality output
• Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks
• Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability within the operations team

Qualifications

• Btech/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 10+ year of exp.
