Associate Manager -MRSS Electrical

Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation: Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of MRSS electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of MRSS electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical systems and operations comply with safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors for the procurement of electrical equipment and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all electrical systems, projects, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing MRSS systems.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP), knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), and experience with high-voltage systems.
