Associate Manager - PVC Operations

Responsibilities

-Lead and oversee the entire PVC production operations at the Mundra facility

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and maximize output
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective measures as needed
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals to achieve operational goals
• Identify and implement technological advancements to improve operational processes
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational needs
• Conduct regular audits to assess and enhance operational performance and compliance
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in petrochemical industry

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
