Civil Maintenance

Responsibilities

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Proven expertise as a civil engineer
• Hands-on experience using CAD software.
• Identifying and clarifying technical ambiguities and conflicts in the documents
• Identifying potential or probable risk during construction and installation
• Analyze contractor bid responses for inconsistencies, oversights, and mistake.
• Provide cost recommendations to the proposal team based on the bid review analysis.
• Prepare, update, and support the project execution engineering activities in the schedule with emphasis on Develop the Design Criteria and the Document Deliverables list for the project.
• Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budget.
• Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
• Problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and communication skill
  

People Management:-

 Working with team.
 Communication with sites & Vendors.
 Coordination with another department.
 Coordination with other organization.
 Dealing with OEM & with Service Provider.

Qualifications

Qualifications:-

BE / B. Tech – Civil

Experiences: 

3-7 Years Experience in civil
