Responsibilities

§ Responsible for overall field contract management, administration and coordination.

§ Ensure that the contractor's works are monitored and controlled in accordance with design

specifications and contract Documents.

§ Ensure monitoring on the quality of materials and workmanships installed, operated and

maintained.

§ Liaise with client, Project Management and contractor of resolution of project issues, in addition to

concerned Authorities when required

§ Supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.

§ Liaise with all parties for site safety.

§ Monitor assigned staff and implement on site procedures to assist them performing their work

efficiently.

§ Maintain awareness of contracts financial status.

§ Coordinate for final approval to work and arrange handover

Qualifications

FUNCTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

(Certifications and Working experience require for satisfactory job performance)

Education

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience

§ Minimum of 10 years of experience on large commercial projects involving infrastructural and

building design, with knowledge of codes, design manuals and construction practices.

§ Ability to interpret complex contract documents including plans, specifications, shop drawings.

§ Ability to make decisions and recommendations on significant engineering problems and review

drawings, specifications and installation for constructability.

§ Demonstrated ability to collect data to brief Client on project issues and provide possible

resolutions in addition to reviewing and drafting responses to correspondence.

§ Advance negotiation and presentation skills.

Licenses and Certificates

AutoCAD, Mas Project, MS office
