Construction Planning Team Member

• Preparation of preliminary level 3 EPC schedules.
• Daily, weekly and monthly Progress Report preparation containing Critical issues, Lag Analysis and Actions required.
• Preparation and regular updating of Progress Measurement System (PMS) to monitor Project Progress status.
• S-Curve preparation, Commodity curve and Manpower Histogram preparation.
• Coordination with contractors for inputs. Follow-up for EPC deliverables.
• Generation of various MIS reports for presentation to the management.
• Identify, analyze and report Critical issues to the Senior Planner.
• Coordination with Sr. Manager / Engineers / Contractors / Licensors.
• Collection of Data required from different sources.
• Preparing Target Vs Achieved statement, Variance & Performance Monitoring statements for all project activities on weekly basis.
• Attend progress review meetings and prepare of Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
• Maintaining data base of project, capturing lessons learnt and contributing in project closure report.

Educational Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech from a reputed Institute/ University. Master's degree in the same is preferred.

Experiences:

Candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in Petrochemical/ Refinery Industry.
