Data Entry Operator

Enter trip details such as vehicle number, route, driver name, loading & unloading location

Update daily vehicle movement, trip sheets, and logbooks

Maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) records and upload documents

Enter freight bills, diesel bills, toll expenses, and other operational costs

Prepare basic MIS reports (daily / weekly vehicle status, billing summary)

Coordinate with operations and accounts team for data verification

Maintain customer-wise and vehicle-wise records

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data

Assist in invoice preparation and reconciliation
