Deputy General Manager - Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks – 
• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting 
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business objectives and drive profitability
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax planning, and audits
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and treasury functions to optimize financial performance 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulatory bodies 
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform financial strategies 

Qualifications

• CA (Chartered Accountant) 

• Over 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles - Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly preferred from metal industry - Proven track record of financial leadership and strategic decision-making

• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems - Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting - Expertise in regulatory compliance, tax planning, and audit processes
