Deputy General Manager - Warehouse
Responsibilities
NFA Background:
- Oversee the timely preparation and accuracy of domestic NFA and service order files in collaboration with relevant departments.
Costing and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain monthly costing sheets and reports, providing insights for strategic decision-making and cost reduction.
Transport Management:
- Manage the transport auctioning process and implement vehicle tracking strategies to optimize logistics operations.
Transporter Invoice Processing:
- Process transporter invoices within a 30-day credit limit and conduct regular reconciliations of account statements.
DTA DSR and Vehicle Tracking:
- Maintain daily vehicle movement records and generate tracking reports for the sales team, ensuring visibility and performance analysis.
Innovation:
- Integrating advanced technologies, such as automation and AI, to streamline customs clearance processes, enhance logistics operations, and improve efficiency across the supply chain.
Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Driving the adoption of digital tools like customs management systems, shipment tracking platforms, and predictive analytics to optimize logistics workflows and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Organizational & Culture Building:
- Fostering a culture of compliance, efficiency, and collaboration by empowering teams with the knowledge and tools to align with customs regulations and company logistics goals.
Leadership in Change Management:
- Leading the implementation of new technologies and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during changes.
People Development:
- Leading from the front & being accountable for the professional growth of your teams. Developing/conducting/promoting training & learning initiatives to enhance skills & empowering them to take ownership of key processes and decisions.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience (Range of years):
- 8-12 years of experience in domestic logistics or distribution, with expertise in warehouse management and transportation coordination.
