Deputy Manager- C&I - F&M
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Instrument calibration of Field instruments (Flow meter, control valves, RTD, Thermocouple, Transmitter, Ultrasonic sensors, Level controller, PH sensor, Conductivity sensor, resistivity, chemical & Gas sensor etc.)
- Hands on knowledge of SAP in MM module and spare & inventory management.
- Worked on SCADA, PLC system (Air compressor, BMS-HVAC, chiller, VAM, RO &DI Plant, ETP, Scrubber, Fire alarm system etc.).
- Familiar with Siemens PCS7 environment, Simatic-manager /WinCC tools.
- PLC Programing & Trouble shooting-Siemens S7-300 /400, GE, Mitsubishi. Expertise in Siemens PLC and Sinamics VFD programming and trouble shooting.
- In- house machine modification and interlocks and modify instrument for cost saving purpose.
- Erection, Testing & Commissioning exposure of Instrumentation and control system.
- Liasoning with Sub Contractors, Customers & Concerned --Authorities for smooth Work execution.
- Timely completion of the packages and fulfilment of the project objectives in terms of schedule, cost and quality.
- Identifying and implementing any new modifications required in existing package.
- Post award Contract management till final completion and contract closure.
- Hand on experience in Documentation of IMS , SAP & Material management.

Total Experience: 6 - 10 years
Essential Qualification: BE (C&I)
