Deputy Manager - Electrical

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the electrical operations within the Copper industry, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage a team of electrical professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize electrical systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address electrical issues and improvements
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Participate in the planning and execution of electrical projects, including installations and upgrades
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for electrical challenges
• Contribute to the development and implementation of safety protocols and training programs
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical systems

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience:

• 7 - 12 years of experience in the Copper industry
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems and maintenance
