Deputy Manager - Production

Responsibilities

1) Production of Nacelles, Hubs and Drive trains as per Production schedule
2) Quality of Products delivered
3) Maintaining high standards of Safety
4) Establishing assembly processes, systems and procedures
5) To support IMS and Business Excellence implementation
6) Development of proto types
7) To ensure HSE requirements

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Essential: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering.
Desirable: Post-Graduate Degree, Green Belt or Black Belt Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean

Experiences: Should have worked in Nacelle assembly factory handling a team in Production/ Process independently for at least 5 years. Need to have good exposure on Lean Manufacturing
