DGM - Projects (Electrical)

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing all electrical projects within the Mundra location, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality, and timelines
• Developing and implementing strategic plans for efficient project execution, resource optimization, and cost control
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Providing technical expertise and guidance in electrical engineering principles, design, and specifications
• Supervising a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement
• Conducting risk assessments, identifying potential issues, and implementing mitigation measures to ensure project success
• Preparing comprehensive project reports, presenting project updates, and making recommendations to senior management
• Participating in the evaluation and selection of vendors, suppliers, and service providers to support project requirements
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and environmental regulations

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 17-21 years of experience in the Copper Business industry with a strong focus on electrical projects
• Demonstrated track record of successful project management and leadership in complex electrical initiatives
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects within stringent timelines and budgets
