Dy. Manager - Security (Control Room)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel, facilities, and assets
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
• Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV and alarms, and respond promptly to security breaches or incidents
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as necessary
• Train and educate employees on security protocols and emergency procedures
• Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend preventive measures
• Manage access control systems and oversee visitor management processes
• Stay updated with the latest security technologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations

Qualifications

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in security management
• Experience in the copper industry is preferred
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security procedures
