Head - Facilities & Maintenance - Solar Mfg

Responsibilities

1.    Lead the execution of all activities related to facility maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, C&I, PGS, Civil), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
2.    Managing large utilities, electrical systems, electrical chillers & centralized chilling plants, VAMs, Air compressors, Effluent treatment Plants, Ultra Pure & Desal Water treatment plants, Process Exhaust & Scrubber systems, handling & distribution systems for chemicals & speciality process gases, HVAC system and Class 6/7 clean-rooms, etc..
3. Uphold & maintain environmental compliances and effectively liason with regulatory bodies.
4.    Handling & Disposal of treated sludge and silicon kerf as waste materials and creating an effective system for their management.
5.    Provide expert guidance and oversight to the facility and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and operational excellence.
6.    Develop and implement proactive maintenance programs to optimize the performance and reliability of assets and associated infrastructure at Electronics manufacturing cluster.
7.    Ensure uninterrupted supplies to manufacturing plants at desired quality & optimum cost.
8.    Coordination with internal department / agencies for feedback & better services.
9.    Ensure 100% statutory compliances.
10.    Drive Energy conservation & Process improvement programs.
11.    Compliance of Audit observations & development of system & procedures.
12.    Monitoring & ensuring compliances of SOP & Maintenance schedules.
13.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance asset performance and longevity.
14.    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of maintenance activities, driving continuous improvement and cost optimization.
15.    Optimise cost of spare parts, tools, and resources necessary for efficient facility and maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to budget.
16.    Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.
17.    Facilitate to all the section for smooth functioning by providing appropriate manpower, training, material, budget etc.
18.    Monitoring & control / improvement of departmental performance and optimization of cost
19.    Support in equipment selection and execution of expansion projects.

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech -  with .20-25 Yrs exp
