Head - Projects

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources, to ensure successful project delivery
• Leading and directing a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to achieve project objectives
• Overseeing the execution of all project activities, including procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
• Monitoring and controlling project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving any project-related issues
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals and objectives
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Providing regular project status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence within the project team
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements across projects

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration or Project Management (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 22 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
• Demonstrated track record of successful project management and delivery
• Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
