Vacancies: 3Job Description: We are hiring an experienced HR Compliance Executive to handle legal and compliance-related HR work. The role is office-based and requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle HR statutory compliance and legal documentation
• Manage PF, ESIC, labor law, and statutory filings
• Maintain employee compliance records and reports
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Support HR documentation, audits, and inspections
• Maintain accurate records and compliance registers
• Eligibility Criteria: Experience: 3 to 8 years in HR Compliance / Legal / Statutory roles
• Education: Any Graduate
• Gender: Male & Female candidates both can apply
• Age: 20 to 37 years
• Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR compliance & labor laws
• Experience with PF & ESIC processes
• Good documentation and coordination skills
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email)
• Salary & Benefits: Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
