IT Infrastructure Manager

Incharge - Information Technology

• Providing IT solutions for IT Infrastructure expansion and enhancements with details of BoQ and cost with adherence to Adani IT standards. This includes layout extensions, new greenfield project, Outdoor Network.
• Interact with Projects team to understand the Layout design and provide appropriate IT solution for site Infrastructure like cabling, OFC, conduits, server racks considering redundancy and device protection to provide a stable network.
• Manage a team of IT Passive Infrastructure and IT IoT Support by ensuring following commitments are met.
• Mounting of network devices, addressing device malfunctions, repair/ replacement, Remote monitoring of endpoints access control, version control using MDM software, Asset Inventory management, Management of warranty/ Repair/Replacement, preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams like Projects, Master Planning, Engineering, Cyber-IT, Operations, and admin during Design preparation for Passive Infrastructure, structured cabling, data center/ server room layouts using tools like AutoCAD and Visio. 
• Manage Project from Start to finish from IT perspective, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Governance of Infrastructure maintenance to ensure redundancy is functional between OFC routes, AMC of the Access Switches is managed, Adequate protection of IT equipment is taken care 
• Manage IT Asset Inventory 
• Support Cyber security teams to ensure cyber security requirements are promptly addressed.
• Support IT Head and Lead in preparation of reports for Daily, Weekly and Monthly meetings.
• Support IT Head and Lead in Audits and other regulatory topics.
• Support Business teams in vendor engagement for new solutions and conducting POC.
  

Education:

B E / B Tech in IT/Computer Science or any relevant engineering field

Work Experience:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in deploying IT Infrastructure, experience of green field and brown field projects etc.
